Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative or business-related field and at least 3 years of experience in ads measurement at an advertising platform, media agency, or research organization. Your proficiency in English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients. You have experience working with third-party measurement partners such as Kantar or Circana, and you are familiar with various advertising effectiveness concepts and measurement solutions. You are skilled in translating complex statistical principles into actionable insights that can drive advertiser success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will join the Ad Effectiveness team at Uber, focusing on providing a comprehensive view of campaign performance and optimization opportunities. You will design and conduct analyses to evaluate campaign performance, delivering clear recommendations for optimization. Your ability to develop and present compelling, data-driven stories will be crucial as you engage with senior leaders at both client organizations and Uber. You will identify unmet advertiser needs and surface opportunities for new measurement products or strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the Ad Measurement Strategy Lead and cross-functional teams to drive shared goals.
