Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in identifying and activating high-potential partners. Your experience includes making a high volume of cold calls and outreach via email, allowing you to effectively engage decision-makers and qualify opportunities. You are skilled at refining sales pitches and adapting value propositions to meet the unique needs of each partner.

You possess strong negotiation skills, enabling you to handle contractual discussions with informed stakeholders while ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Your ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle is complemented by your proficiency in using internal tools and processes, such as Salesforce and Google Workspace, to maintain pipeline quality and accurate forecasting.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Uber Eats, your primary mission will be to identify and onboard the best restaurants in your market. You will initiate contact with potential partners through cold calls and emails, focusing on those with the highest potential for success. Your role will involve fine-tuning your sales messaging and techniques to continuously improve your outreach effectiveness.

You will communicate Uber Eats' value proposition clearly, tailoring it to the specific needs of each restaurant partner. This includes managing negotiations and ensuring that the onboarding process is smooth, guiding restaurants until they successfully complete their first month on the platform. You will work closely with internal tools to track your sales activities and report on your progress.
