Who you are

You have a strong background in merchandising and category management, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic initiatives. Your experience includes managing high-impact campaigns and optimizing product assortments based on consumer insights and performance metrics. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your decisions, ensuring that the consumer experience is engaging and seamless. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams in Consumer Operations, Marketing, and Product to elevate merchandising standards. Your ability to tell a compelling consumer story through local content curation and optimization sets you apart. You are motivated and strategic, always looking for ways to improve the shopper journey and operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the local content and curation for Uber's Grocery & Retail offerings, building local collections and guiding aisle management. You will lead the end-to-end development and execution of merchandising campaigns, ensuring they align with product strategy and seasonal trends. Your responsibilities will include using performance data and consumer feedback to shape the end-to-end consumer experience, influencing stakeholders with insights to inform new strategies. You will manage product assortments across categories, tailoring offerings based on insights and performance metrics. Your role will be crucial in driving category and merchant growth while delivering a world-class shopping experience for consumers.
