Who you are
You have a strong background in employee experience or learning and development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in program management. You excel at designing and executing programs that enhance employee engagement and integration, particularly for new hires. Your ability to operationalize abstract HR concepts into structured onboarding plans sets you apart, as you define success criteria, KPIs, and manage risks effectively. You are proactive in identifying gaps in existing programs and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the onboarding experience. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and successful program execution.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of new hire community programming, focusing on creating engaging experiences that help new hires connect and integrate into Uber's culture. You will own the evolution of New Hire Integration Programs, revamping orientation content and buddy programs to improve adoption and experience quality. Your responsibilities will include operationalizing onboarding program plans, defining success metrics, and managing timelines and stakeholder alignment. You will also support the redesign of key onboarding content, ensuring it aligns with Uber's cultural identity and enhances the overall new hire experience. Your role will involve developing high-quality learning materials and facilitating virtual and hybrid events that foster community among new hires. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the onboarding process is seamless and effective, driving continuous improvement based on feedback and data.
