Overview

Uber is hiring a Sales Manager II to lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives in New York. You'll drive results and foster collaboration across teams to achieve acquisition and revenue goals. This position requires 6+ years of sales experience and 3-4 years of sales management experience.

Who you are

You have over 6 years of full-cycle sales experience, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. With 3-4 years of sales management experience, you have a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams to achieve their goals. Your strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence enable you to develop top sales talent effectively.

You possess an analytical mindset, using data to inform your coaching and sales strategies. You are comfortable conducting regular deal reviews and performance calibrations to identify strengths and growth areas within your team. Your experience managing both Inside Sales and collaboration with cross-functional teams positions you as a strategic influencer within the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives, coaching them to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue goals. You will monitor performance, quota attainment, and pipeline health to ensure consistent execution and delivery against targets. By conducting regular deal reviews and call observations, you will identify areas for improvement and enable your team's success.

You will partner closely with Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations to align on market priorities and optimize performance. As a key thought partner to Territory Leadership, you will contribute to short- and long-term business strategies, identifying growth opportunities and process improvements. Your ability to analyze performance data will help improve workflows and ensure your team has the necessary tools to sell effectively.
