Your background includes working closely with executive recruiters and managing the end-to-end search process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You are skilled in market mapping and have a keen eye for identifying diverse talent across various sectors. Your ability to conduct preliminary assessments and capture detailed candidate notes is second nature to you, allowing for informed decision-making throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll do
As an Executive Sourcer at Uber, you will own the research and engagement strategy for non-tech teams at the Director level and above. You will collaborate with executive recruiters to drive the search execution process from start to finish, executing end-to-end research and candidate development. Your role will involve conducting preliminary phone screens to qualify candidates based on key performance indicators, as well as preparing assessments and creating job specifications in collaboration with recruiters.
You will be responsible for market mapping and direct outreach to potential candidates, ensuring that you identify and attract diverse talent. Your expertise in candidate engagement will be crucial as you review resumes, bios, and LinkedIn profiles to find the best fits for open searches. You will also assist in capturing candidate notes in the database, helping to maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all searches.
In this role, you will lend your subject matter expertise related to market mapping, helping to elevate the search process and ensure that Uber continues to attract top talent. You will be expected to bring efficiency to all searches, applying processes where needed to ensure the highest quality at every step of the way.
