Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong analytical mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record in driving sales performance within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. Your experience includes ownership of P&L and a deep understanding of market dynamics, allowing you to effectively optimize sales strategies and ensure aggressive market penetration.
You excel in coordinating and leading go-to-market initiatives, ensuring that new programs are designed and launched effectively to meet performance objectives. Your ability to manage partnerships with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations demonstrates your capability in overseeing complex operations and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the Delivery Sales Channel (DSC) performance for the SMB segment in the UK, driving accountability for growth outcomes and proactively addressing any underperformance. You will implement and localize the UK DSC strategy, maximizing restaurant coverage and cuisine category availability across service areas.
You will coordinate and lead the design and launch of new DSC programs and initiatives, ensuring timely roll-outs and rapid development to achieve performance objectives. Your role will also involve overseeing local BPO operations in partnership with Vendor Management, ensuring that partners consistently deliver against agreed-upon KPIs across merchant acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Using robust, data-driven insights, you will diagnose sales effectiveness issues and identify high-leverage growth opportunities. Your analytical skills will be crucial in driving the growth of the Delivery Sales Channel and ensuring that the strategy translates into tangible results.
