Overview

Uber is hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to expand the Uber Eats restaurant network across the UK & Ireland. You'll lead a team of Senior Account Executives and close high-value deals with major restaurant chains. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with experience in building relationships and closing complex deals. Your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and develop win-win partnerships is key to your success. You thrive in high-impact leadership roles and are comfortable leading a team to achieve ambitious targets.

You possess excellent prospecting skills and have established senior relationships within the restaurant industry. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies that align with business goals. You are analytical and can assess deal performance to prioritize key opportunities effectively.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Sales Lead, you will lead a team of Senior Account Executives focused on enterprise acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to personally own and close high-impact enterprise prospects, ensuring strong execution against pipeline priorities. You will structure and negotiate commercial agreements that ensure sustainable economics for both Uber and its partners.

You will develop and execute an account plan to deliver on monthly and quarterly targets, collaborating closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to drive deals from prospecting through contract execution. Your role will involve analyzing deal performance and pipeline health to unblock risks and prioritize key opportunities.
