You have a strong background in product operations, with experience leading efficiency programs that enhance customer support. Your expertise in AI and automation allows you to identify opportunities for productivity improvements and implement scalable solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with various stakeholders, including FieldOps teams and leaders. Your ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable strategies is a key strength. You are comfortable leading a team and guiding them towards achieving shared goals.
What you'll do
As the Global Product Operations Lead, you will define the vision and roadmap for the COE Efficiency Program, focusing on operational excellence across global support operations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to identify and implement AI and automation solutions that streamline workflows and enhance agent productivity. Your role will involve leading work streams and programs to execute on the aligned strategy, ensuring that all initiatives are effectively rolled out and measured for success.
You will take an active role in collaborating with CO stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet the needs of customer support agents. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the efficiency program forward, and you will be responsible for defining success metrics to track progress. You will also work closely with other AI and Engineering teams as needed to ensure that the solutions developed are robust and effective.
