Uber is hiring a Senior Program Manager for the Driver Experience team to operationalize strategic initiatives that enhance the driver experience. Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in community operations or customer experience roles. You understand the complexities of managing diverse teams across multiple regions and can navigate the nuances of different markets. Your ability to advocate for users, particularly drivers, is a key strength, as you aim to improve their experiences and address their pain points. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that strategic goals are met while keeping the team aligned and motivated.

Desirable

Experience in the mobility or transportation sector is a plus, as is familiarity with customer service operations. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform decision-making and strategy. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be the voice of the driver within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into operational strategies.

What you'll do
