You have a strong background in Learning and Development, with experience in creating impactful training solutions that enhance customer service experiences. Your expertise in instructional design allows you to develop engaging curricula that cater to diverse learning needs. What you'll do
As a Program Manager in Learning and Development, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our global customer service teams.
