What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Representatives, coaching them to exceed acquisition and revenue goals. Regular deal reviews and performance calibrations will be part of your routine to identify strengths and areas for growth within your team.
You will foster collaboration with Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations to align on market priorities. Your strategic influence will help shape short- and long-term business strategies, identifying growth opportunities and process improvements. You will work closely with your team to optimize systems and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
