You have a proven track record in software sales, demonstrating your ability to lead teams through complex sales cycles and achieve strong results. Your deep technical aptitude allows you to understand the nuances of the product and effectively communicate its value to potential clients. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. You inspire and motivate your team, fostering an environment of growth and success. Your analytical mindset helps you assess pipeline health and deal progression, ensuring that your team is consistently meeting its targets.

What you'll do

As the Sales Manager at Smartling, you will lead the US Sales Team in identifying and closing new business opportunities across North America. You will contribute to the go-to-market leadership team, developing and executing Smartling’s US acquisition strategy. Your role will involve analyzing pipeline health and historical trends to produce data-driven forecasts, ensuring that your team maintains high levels of quality and process consistency. You will provide training and coaching to your team, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles. Your leadership will be crucial in driving new business and expanding Smartling's market share.

What we offer

Smartling offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000, not including the variable incentive component.
