Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-volume or transactional environment, with a strong record of overachieving against quota. Your hands-on people management experience spans at least 2 years, ideally leading successful sales teams in SaaS, mobility, or platform-based B2B sales. You are fluent in both Polish and English, enabling you to communicate effectively in diverse environments. Your ability to set clear targets and provide ongoing coaching has consistently led your teams to exceed revenue and activity goals. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with other sales leaders to define and execute regional go-to-market strategies. Your experience with sales tools, particularly Salesforce, allows you to drive adoption and improve efficiency across your team.
What you'll do
As the Mid Market Sales Team Lead for Eastern Europe, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Mid Market Account Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive a major share of the regionβs growth by setting clear targets and providing ongoing coaching to your team. You will define and execute the regional go-to-market and sales strategy in close partnership with the Country Manager and other sales leaders. Additionally, you will build and refine scalable sales processes and playbooks, working with Sales Operations and Enablement to improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline generation. You will ensure excellent execution by driving adoption of core sales tools such as Salesforce and reporting accurately on pipeline and forecast to leadership. Hiring and onboarding new Account Executives will be a key part of your role, as will sharing insights and best practices across markets and functions.
