You have 4+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You enjoy combining data, strategy, and execution to solve complex business challenges, and you have a strong analytical mindset that allows you to identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Product, sets you apart as a key connector in the organization. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for designing operational frameworks that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Desirable
Experience in the advertising or tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and territory mapping. You are comfortable working with sales performance metrics and have a proven track record of supporting quota-setting processes and revenue forecasting. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and implement the regional go-to-market strategy for Uber's advertising business across Latin America. This includes territory mapping and resource allocation to maximize market coverage and penetration. You will partner with central Sales Operations teams to support quota-setting processes and deliver accurate weekly and monthly revenue forecasts to leadership. Analyzing sales performance metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements that increase focus and efficiency for sales teams. You will also define and support the adoption of regional sales policies and operating guidelines to promote fairness, clarity, and consistency across the region. Acting as a key connector between Sales, Finance, and Product teams, you will ensure that regional needs are reflected in global tools, processes, and strategies.
