You have a proven track record in sales management, with experience leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your leadership style is people-first, and you thrive on coaching and mentoring your team to success. You understand the importance of collaboration across functions and can effectively partner with various teams to optimize performance. You are strategic in your approach, always looking for growth opportunities and ways to improve processes. You are comfortable analyzing performance data and using it to drive results. You are passionate about building teams and making an impact in the business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of SMB Sales Representatives, focusing on driving new business acquisition and accelerating market growth. You will monitor performance and ensure your team consistently meets their quotas. Regular deal reviews and performance calibrations will be part of your routine to identify strengths and areas for growth within your team. You will foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Account Management, Marketing, and City Operations, to align on market priorities. As a key thought partner to Territory Leadership, you will influence both short- and long-term business strategies. You will work closely with Sales Operations to analyze performance data and improve workflows, ensuring your team has the tools they need to succeed.
