Uber is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Uber for Business in Japan. You'll drive new business acquisitions and manage sales pipelines to expand the enterprise segment. This role requires strong sales strategy execution and experience in enterprise sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in driving new business acquisitions and managing sales pipelines. Your ability to identify pain points and craft compelling narratives has led to successful lead generation and closing deals. You thrive in a startup-like environment and are comfortable working within an elite sales group.

You possess strong organizational skills and are adept at coordinating end-to-end sales motions for corporate customers. This includes qualification, education, pricing, contract negotiation, and implementation. You understand the importance of a mature structure and sales cadence in achieving your quotas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will plan, strategize, and execute the sales go-to-market plan to achieve your quota every half year within the Enterprise segment, targeting organizations with over 2,000 employees. You will be responsible for managing your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring that you drive pacing and forecast numbers accurately.

You will coordinate all aspects of the sales process for corporate customers, from initial qualification through to closing deals and launching implementations. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with various stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
