Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical integration and development, acting as the primary technical lead for strategic partners. You excel at developing customized integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and modern web technologies, ensuring seamless user experiences.
As a strategic technical liaison, you bridge the gap between Uber and external partners, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength.
You are skilled in scalable solution engineering, designing and implementing automated systems and tools to enhance partner onboarding and support operations globally. Your focus is on creating long-term solutions rather than one-off fixes.
Collaboration is at the heart of your work. You partner with Uberβs Product and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs, influencing the product roadmap based on real-world feedback. Your cross-functional leadership ensures that partner requirements are integrated into product development.
You take ownership of the technical relationship with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance throughout the entire integration lifecycle, from kickoff to launch. Your relationship and stakeholder management skills are crucial in maintaining strong partnerships.
You have a knack for process optimization, analyzing and improving existing integration workflows to drive efficiency. You understand the importance of sustainable growth as new lines of business are added to the ecosystem.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical integration efforts with strategic partners, ensuring that their needs are met through customized solutions. You will develop and implement integration strategies that leverage APIs and SDKs, enhancing the overall user experience.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that partner feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap. Your insights will help shape the direction of Uber's offerings, making sure they align with partner requirements.
Your responsibilities will include designing automated systems to streamline partner onboarding processes, making it easier for new partners to integrate with Uber's services. You will also work on optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
As a key point of contact for partners, you will manage the technical relationship throughout the integration lifecycle. This includes providing guidance during the kickoff phase, overseeing the implementation, and ensuring a successful launch.
You will analyze integration workflows to identify areas for improvement, driving process optimization initiatives that support sustainable growth. Your ability to balance technical requirements with business needs will be essential in this role.
What we offer
At Uber, you will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on innovation and excellence. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
Join us in shaping the future of delivery services and partner integrations. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement. Your unique perspective and skills could be the perfect fit for our team.
