You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in software solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and business leaders. Your curiosity drives you to understand customer needs and how automation can transform their operations. You are self-motivated and enjoy building strong relationships with clients and partners alike. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. You are generous with your time and knowledge, always willing to support your colleagues and clients in achieving their goals.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath, you will analyze the market potential in the Balkan region and develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule. Your role will involve evangelizing UiPathβs brand by presenting and promoting our automation solutions, leveraging a value-selling approach to educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of our offerings. You will establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients, local partners, and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations. You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success Management group to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
