Undertone is seeking a Senior Sales Director, Commerce to lead sales cycles for established and prospective accounts. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the retail media marketplace to create client-specific solutions. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the retail media marketplace, and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills. Your consultative approach allows you to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their business goals. You are results-driven and have a history of exceeding revenue goals and sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to grow business year over year.

You understand the annual planning processes of clients and can position yourself as a strategic partner, ensuring that you have a seat at the table during critical discussions. Your experience includes mapping retail organizations and securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the sales cycle for both established and prospective accounts, which involves developing needs analyses, creating program and presentation materials, and ultimately closing sales. You will act as a trusted advisor to retail customer teams and agencies, crafting tailored solutions that meet their specific business objectives. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with shopper marketing teams to develop, manage, and deliver promotional and advertising solutions that resonate with clients.

You will be expected to exceed revenue goals and sales quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the business. Your role will require you to embrace and leverage the full suite of cross-channel formats and media solutions offered by Undertone, ensuring that you align the right solutions to meet client needs effectively.
