Who you are
You have a strong background in customer success, particularly in the gaming industry, with a focus on small to mid-sized studios. Your experience includes developing and executing scaled customer success programs that leverage data analytics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. You understand the end-to-end game development lifecycle, from initial concept to live service monetization, and are adept at using AI and automation tools to deliver personalized support. You are skilled in analyzing customer health metrics and proactively managing customer relationships to ensure their success with Unity's platform. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about transforming traditional customer success models into scalable, high-efficiency systems.
Desirable
Experience with customer segmentation and health metrics management is a plus. Familiarity with game development tools and platforms will enhance your ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. You are comfortable gathering and analyzing customer feedback to relay actionable insights to product and marketing teams, influencing roadmap decisions and enhancing the overall customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute scaled customer success programs that utilize data analytics to design, build, and deploy multi-channel initiatives targeted at specific customer segments. You will proactively manage customer health metrics, identifying at-risk accounts and implementing interventions as necessary. Your responsibilities will include systematically gathering and analyzing feedback from the customer base to inform product and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into product development and marketing efforts. Your goal will be to empower gaming studios to achieve maximum value from Unity's tools and services, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
