Who you are
You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management β you've successfully led teams and driven revenue growth in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate the challenges of enterprise sales effectively.
You excel in team leadership, having managed teams of Senior Sales Executives β you understand the importance of building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers to maximize deal sizes and value exchange.
Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally is a key strength β you partner with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful deal structuring and revenue growth. You thrive in environments where you can act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights to shape offerings and increase market presence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region β your leadership will guide a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives to meet forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments. You will support your team in customer-facing meetings, enhancing relationships and driving larger deals.
You will navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes, ensuring successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers. Your insights will be invaluable as you provide feedback from the market to help shape Unityβs offerings and roadmap, ultimately increasing market presence.

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β$173,300 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in driving our growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working remotely while contributing to a leading company in the Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management space.
