Who you are
You have strong experience in SaaS and platform sales, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You are passionate about enabling revenue growth and have a knack for building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of Senior Sales Executives in the past. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can partner effectively with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to drive successful outcomes. Your ability to engage with customers and support your sales team in customer-facing meetings is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region. You will lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring they deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments. Your leadership will be crucial in building relationships with customer executives and maximizing value exchange.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams, providing valuable market insights that help shape Unityβs offerings and roadmap. Navigating complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes will be part of your daily responsibilities, ensuring successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers.
What we offer
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β$173,300 USD, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, contributing to Unityβs mission of driving growth in the Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.
