Who you are
You have strong experience in SaaS and platform sales, ideally with a background in managing enterprise sales teams. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You are passionate about driving revenue growth and have a proven track record of success in similar roles.
You excel in team leadership, having successfully led teams of senior sales executives to meet and exceed business commitments. Your ability to build relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers is a key strength, allowing you to foster trust and collaboration.
You are adept at cross-functional collaboration, partnering with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure successful deal structuring and revenue growth. Your insights into market trends and customer needs help shape the company's offerings and roadmap.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region. You will lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, guiding them in forecasting and achieving Go-To-Market business commitments. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with customer executives, enhancing deal sizes, and maximizing value exchange.
You will support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and providing market insights to help shape Unityβs offerings. Your expertise in navigating complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes will drive successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers.

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β$173,300 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
