You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management β€” you've successfully led teams and driven revenue growth in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate the challenges of enterprise sales effectively.

You excel in team leadership, having managed sales executives and delivered on forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments β€” building relationships with customer executives and business decision makers is second nature to you. Your ability to collaborate across functions ensures that you can partner effectively with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams.

You are a trusted advisor to your teams, providing market insights that help shape offerings and increase market presence β€” your customer engagement skills allow you to support your sales team in customer-facing meetings, enhancing relationships and maximizing value exchange.

Your experience in complex deal management means you can navigate intricate deal structures and enterprise contracting processes β€” you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and can drive successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region β€” your leadership will guide a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives as they work to meet ambitious revenue targets. You will be responsible for delivering on forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments while fostering strong relationships with key customer executives.

You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure that revenue growth is achieved through effective enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements. Your insights will be invaluable as you act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offerings and roadmap.

Supporting your Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings will be a key part of your role β€” you will help to elevate relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize the value exchange between Unity and its customers. Your ability to navigate complex deal structures will be crucial in driving successful outcomes.
