Who you are
You have strong experience in SaaS and platform sales, with a proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You are passionate about enabling revenue growth and have a knack for building relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully managed teams of Senior Sales Executives. You understand the importance of forecasting and delivering on Go-To-Market business commitments while fostering a collaborative team environment. Your ability to engage with customers and support your sales team in customer-facing meetings is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region. You will lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring they meet their sales targets and develop strong relationships with key customers. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance, to structure enterprise deals that drive revenue growth.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Go-To-Market teams, providing valuable market insights that help shape Unityβs offerings and roadmap. Your expertise in managing complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers. You will also support your sales team in customer engagements, helping to increase deal sizes and maximize value exchange.

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β$173,300 USD, reflecting your experience and the value you bring to the team. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the growth of Unityβs Real-Time 3D Platform and Asset Management suite.
