You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management β€” you've successfully led teams and driven revenue growth in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate the challenges of enterprise sales effectively.

You excel in team leadership, having managed sales executives and delivered on forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments β€” building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers is second nature to you. Your ability to collaborate across functions ensures that you can align sales strategies with broader business objectives.

You are a trusted advisor to your teams, providing valuable market insights that shape offerings and increase market presence β€” your customer engagement skills allow you to support your sales team in high-stakes meetings, maximizing value exchange and deal sizes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region β€” leading a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, you will ensure that your team meets its revenue targets while fostering a culture of collaboration and success. You will partner with sales, finance, legal, and compliance teams to structure enterprise deals that drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers.

You will engage with customers directly, supporting your team in customer-facing meetings to enhance relationships and increase deal sizes β€” your insights will help shape Unity’s offerings and roadmap, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. You will also navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.

What we offer

Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500β€”$173,300 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
