You have strong experience in SaaS and a proven track record in sales management β you've successfully led teams and driven revenue growth in complex environments. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate the challenges of enterprise sales effectively.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having managed teams of Senior Sales Executives β you understand the importance of building relationships with customer executives and business decision-makers to maximize deal sizes and value exchange.
Your ability to collaborate across various internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and legal, ensures that you can structure enterprise deals effectively β you thrive in environments where cross-functional teamwork is essential for success.
You are a trusted advisor to your team, providing market insights that shape the go-to-market strategy and enhance Unity's offerings β your insights help increase market presence and drive customer engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unityβs Industry sales growth across the AMER region β your leadership will guide the sales team in achieving their forecasting and go-to-market commitments. You will support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings, enhancing relationships and increasing deal sizes.
You will navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and its customers β your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that deals are structured to benefit both parties.
You will act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed β your collaborative approach will foster a culture of teamwork and shared success.
Your role will also involve providing feedback from the market to help shape Unityβs offerings and roadmap β you will be instrumental in ensuring that the company remains competitive and responsive to customer needs.
