You have extensive experience as a Developer Support Engineer, particularly in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector. Your expertise in object-oriented programming, especially with languages like C# and Python, allows you to develop and debug solutions effectively. You are well-versed in cloud-related infrastructure and have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your advanced debugging skills enable you to troubleshoot SDK integration and configuration issues efficiently.
You thrive in a customer-facing role, where your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly is crucial. You enjoy engaging in technical dialogues and are adept at resolving complex issues directly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your experience working with large CAD, mesh, and point cloud models for real-time visualizations in Unity sets you apart in this role. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are committed to providing comprehensive consultations and testing.
What you'll do
As a Senior Developer Support Engineer at Unity, you will be the primary point of contact for some of the biggest names in the AECO sector. You will assist customers in using Asset Transformer to import, prep, and optimize their models for real-time visualizations. Your role will involve working at scale with cloud-hosted workloads, leveraging your knowledge of cloud services to address technically demanding challenges.
You will be responsible for leading technical dialogues with customers, driving quick and efficient resolutions to their issues. Your role will also include providing comprehensive consultations and testing for customers, ensuring they can effectively utilize Unity's product suite. You will respond to critical live issues as part of an incident response team, significantly impacting the success of AECO projects. Your contributions will help shape the future of how these industries leverage real-time visualizations in their workflows.
