Who you are

You have a strong background in developer support, particularly in cloud services, with expertise in object-oriented programming languages like C# and Python. Your experience includes working with large CAD, mesh, and point cloud models, and you understand the intricacies of real-time visualizations in Unity. You possess advanced debugging skills and are adept at troubleshooting SDK integration and configuration issues. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly makes you an effective liaison between customers and technical teams.

You have experience working with cloud-hosted workloads and are familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle technically demanding challenges, and you thrive in environments where you can make a significant impact on customer success. You are comfortable leading technical dialogues and providing comprehensive consultations to ensure that customers achieve their goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with some of the biggest names in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector, providing expert support for Unity's product suite. You will assist customers in importing, preparing, and optimizing their models for real-time visualizations, ensuring they can leverage Unity's capabilities effectively. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex issues directly and leading technical discussions to drive quick resolutions. You will also be part of an incident response team, responding to critical live issues and significantly impacting the success of AECO projects.

You will provide comprehensive consultations and testing for customers, helping them navigate challenges and optimize their use of Unity's tools. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest developments in cloud infrastructure and programming practices, ensuring that you can offer the best possible support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
