Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in developer support, with expertise in cloud-related infrastructure and object-oriented programming. Your proficiency in languages like C# and Python allows you to develop and debug solutions effectively, ensuring customer success in utilizing Unity's products. You possess advanced debugging skills and experience in troubleshooting SDK integration, tooling, and configuration, which are crucial for resolving complex issues. Your ability to lead technical dialogues and provide comprehensive consultations makes you a key player in driving quick and efficient resolutions for customers.
Desirable
Experience working with large CAD, mesh, and point cloud models is a plus, as is familiarity with real-time visualizations in Unity. A background in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) sector will help you understand customer needs better and provide tailored support. You are comfortable working at scale with cloud-hosted workloads and have a passion for helping customers succeed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with some of the biggest names in the AECO sector, assisting them in importing, prepping, and optimizing their models for real-time visualizations. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues directly and leading technical dialogues to ensure swift resolutions. Your role will involve providing comprehensive consultations and testing for customers, as well as responding to critical live issues as part of an incident response team. You will significantly impact the success of AECO projects by leveraging your technical expertise and customer support skills.
