What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at UpGuard, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring their successful deployment of our cybersecurity solutions. You will analyze customer pain points and work closely with them to mitigate these challenges using UpGuard technology. Your role will involve constant communication with customers around the world, guiding them from initial contact through to successful implementation. You will collaborate with the Success team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring that our customers always come first.
