What you'll do

As the VP, Head of Analytics, Data Science & Pricing, you will be responsible for defining how Upwork utilizes data and insights to accelerate growth. You will work closely with the CFO and other executives to shape the company's strategic direction based on data-driven insights. Your role will involve overseeing the analytics team, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to analyze complex datasets effectively. You will lead initiatives to improve data quality and accessibility across the organization, enabling teams to make informed decisions based on accurate information. Additionally, you will develop pricing strategies that align with market trends and customer needs, ensuring Upwork remains competitive in the evolving landscape of contingent work.
