Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly in the healthcare sector, with a focus on building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Your experience includes identifying and engaging new referral sources, particularly in specialties such as neurology, immunology, and oncology. You are adept at maintaining a consistent presence in provider conversations to drive awareness and referrals for IVIG therapies.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Clinical and Operations, to ensure seamless patient onboarding and provider support. Your analytical skills allow you to utilize CRM systems to track referral activity and sales performance, providing valuable feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for market expansion and referral development, identifying new IVIG referring providers and expanding existing accounts in designated territories. You will implement tailored sales strategies for IVIG therapies, collaborating with leadership to align on territory goals and performance metrics. Your role will involve participating in retraining programs focused on IG sales approaches and reimbursement strategies.
You will partner with Prior Authorization and Intake teams to streamline onboarding processes and coordinate with Clinical and Operations teams to ensure effective patient support. Additionally, you will support market-level collaboration with pharmaceutical partners, contributing to the overall growth and success of the IVIG business.
