What you'll do
As the Senior Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting Vaco's services to area businesses. You will work closely with an elite recruitment team to fulfill special projects and interim positions in audit, financial reporting, FP&A, M&A, taxation, and software implementations. Your role will involve establishing and conducting client visits to build strong relationships and understand their needs better. You will actively develop strategies to engage with clients and ensure that Vaco remains top-of-mind for their consulting and staffing needs.
You will also monitor market trends related to hiring and business expansions, mergers, and acquisitions, providing valuable insights to your team and clients.
