What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of building and managing the recruitment process for Valence's Sales and Customer Success teams. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to define the specific needs of these teams and create role profiles that attract top-tier talent. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
