You have experience in recruiting, particularly in supporting Go-To-Market or business roles, and you understand the nuances of hiring in a competitive tech landscape. Your strong communication skills and candidate-first mindset enable you to engage effectively with potential hires, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You thrive in a startup environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential, and you are motivated to make a meaningful impact on the company's growth.
You possess a track record of finding and engaging candidates through various sourcing methods, including referrals and inbound strategies. Your ability to move fast without sacrificing quality is crucial in this role, as you will be tasked with building incredible teams quickly and thoughtfully. You are eager to learn and grow, particularly in areas related to Sales, Marketing, or Customer teams, and you are committed to developing your skills in recruitment.
What you'll do
As a GTM Recruiter at Hightouch, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the Go-To-Market teams during a significant growth phase. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews to assess their fit for the roles.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Your ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring managers will be essential in building strong relationships and fostering collaboration. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to improve the recruitment process continuously.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's growth by identifying and attracting exceptional talent. You will work in-office three days a week to facilitate real-time collaboration and momentum, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
