What you'll do

As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Decagon, you will take ownership of the recruitment process for go-to-market roles, collaborating closely with leadership to define what exceptional talent looks like. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who align with the company's values and vision.
