You are a motivated individual with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or related fields. You have a strong orientation towards results and a proven track record of meeting goals. Your charisma and ability to build relationships with sellers and clients make you an ideal candidate for this role. You are currently a student in your third year of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and you are eager to apply your knowledge in a practical setting.
You possess strong digital skills, particularly in tools like Excel and the Google suite, which you use to manage reports and track performance metrics. Your proactive nature and autonomy allow you to thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence and motivate others. You are passionate about driving results and ensuring that the stores you manage meet their transaction goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute training sessions for sellers and end customers, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the payment method in assigned stores. You will be responsible for activating physical stores and managing the assigned locations to ensure compliance with transaction goals. Your operational execution will be key to driving the success of the payment method in these stores.
You will also engage in reporting activities to track the performance of the stores and identify areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with store personnel will be essential in achieving the desired outcomes. You will work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure that all initiatives are executed smoothly.
