Vanta is seeking a Senior Account Executive fluent in Polish to help build and grow their presence in the CEE market. You'll be responsible for managing your pipeline, running a structured sales process, and engaging with high-level executives. This role requires strong customer focus and sales expertise.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, where you've successfully managed pipelines and driven revenue growth. Your fluency in Polish allows you to engage effectively with clients in the CEE market, and you possess a strong understanding of the security and compliance landscape. You are customer-focused and have a knack for building relationships with key stakeholders, including founders and CEOs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing team in EMEA. You are adept at using structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to ensure predictable outcomes and have a strong ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or security industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance standards such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. You are comfortable with sales tools and CRM systems, which help you track your progress and manage your accounts effectively. A background in building outbound sales strategies will set you apart, as will your ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will own your sales pipeline from the ground up. This involves identifying, researching, and prioritizing high-potential accounts and verticals to create new opportunities. You will run a world-class sales process, qualifying leads deeply, forecasting accurately, and progressing deals using structured methodologies to drive predictable outcomes. Your role will require you to convert interest into long-term value by educating prospects on the business impact of Vanta's solutions, delivering compelling demos, and tailoring recommendations to align with each customer's goals. You will engage confidently with executive-level clients, translating complex compliance and security concepts into clear business value that resonates with their needs.
