You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Your ability to strategically develop closing strategies for opportunities within your assigned territory sets you apart. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are adept at handling a substantial volume of both inbound and outbound activities to build a robust pipeline. Your fluency in German allows you to connect with a diverse range of clients and understand their unique needs.
You are skilled in leveraging sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and pain points, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Vanta's offerings. You take ownership of all sales activity and are comfortable forecasting revenue in Salesforce, demonstrating your analytical skills and attention to detail. Your collaborative spirit enables you to partner closely with various resources throughout the sales process, including legal, product, engineering, solution engineers, and GRC specialists.
Desirable
Experience in the compliance and security industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 will help you understand the landscape better. You are adaptable and eager to learn, ready to embrace the challenges of a rapidly growing company.
