Vanta is hiring a Specialty Account Executive to support and accelerate deals involving Third Party Risk Management in the APJ region. You'll partner with Core Account Executives and deliver high-quality product demos. This role requires strong product expertise and a collaborative approach.

Who you are
You have a wealth of experience in sales, particularly in complex deal environments — you thrive in situations where deep product knowledge and technical confidence are essential. You enjoy being a deal partner, stepping in to support Core Account Executives and ensuring that opportunities move forward smoothly. Your ability to lead high-quality discovery conversations helps uncover risk, compliance, and third-party management use cases effectively. You are comfortable delivering product demos and can handle lightly technical questions without needing a Solutions Engineer. You understand the importance of security in business and are passionate about helping companies prove their trustworthiness through effective risk management.
Desirable
Experience in security or compliance-related sales is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) products will be beneficial in this role. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams will enhance your effectiveness as a Specialty Account Executive.
What you'll do
As a Specialty Account Executive at Vanta, you will partner with Core Account Executives to support deals involving TPRM and emerging products from early discovery through to closing. You will lead and support deep discovery conversations, helping to uncover risk, compliance, and third-party management use cases. Your role will involve delivering high-quality, end-to-end product demos of TPRM and related products, confidently addressing any lightly technical questions that arise. You will act as a deal accelerator, stepping in wherever needed to maintain momentum, whether that involves customer calls, follow-ups, or other necessary actions to keep the sales process moving forward. Your contributions will be crucial in helping Vanta achieve its mission of enabling businesses to earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring.
