You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with complex and strategic customer accounts. Your experience in driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex procurement processes and develop strategic account plans that maximize customer lifetime value. You understand the importance of aligning customer security and compliance goals with their growth needs, and you are adept at fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and facilitate discussions that lead to successful outcomes. What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at Vanta, you will own and exceed revenue targets for your assigned book of business, focusing on renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that maximize customer lifetime value, ensuring that your clients' security and compliance goals are met in alignment with their growth needs. You will identify and close expansion opportunities across Vanta's product portfolio, navigating complex procurement processes to secure agreements that benefit both Vanta and its customers.
You will play a key role in the post-sales organization, driving revenue growth while ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with Vanta's solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with our most strategic and complex customer accounts across the EMEA region, collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support. You will also be expected to provide insights and feedback to help shape Vanta's offerings and improve customer experiences.
