What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives, focusing on outbound-led new business growth. You will build a culture of high ownership and strong execution, ensuring that your team consistently performs at a high level. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong oversight of the sales pipeline, deal strategy, and forecasting across the team. You will model and reinforce effective outbound sales motions, guiding your team through the complexities of the sales process. Additionally, you will play a visible leadership role within the EMEA Commercial organization, shaping how Fivetran grows in the region. Your leadership will be crucial in amplifying the team's existing strengths and driving continuous improvement.
