Fivetran is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead their Commercial team in London. You'll focus on developing a high-performing sales culture and coaching Account Executives to drive new business growth. This role requires strong leadership and sales management experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, with at least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams in a commercial environment. Your leadership style is coaching-first, and you excel at building a culture of ownership and accountability among your team members. You understand the nuances of outbound sales and have a strategic mindset that allows you to oversee pipeline management and deal strategy effectively.

You are adept at fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring that your sales team is aligned with marketing and product strategies. Your ability to communicate clearly and inspire your team is one of your greatest strengths, and you thrive in environments where you can amplify the performance of others. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of New Business Commercial Account Executives, focusing on outbound-led growth strategies. You will be responsible for coaching both tenured and newer sales representatives, helping them to consistently perform at high levels and advance in their careers. Your oversight will include maintaining a strong pipeline, developing deal strategies, and forecasting sales outcomes.

You will model effective outbound sales motions, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and strategies necessary to succeed in a competitive market. You will play a key role in shaping the sales culture within the EMEA Commercial organization, working closely with other departments to drive growth and improve processes. Your leadership will be crucial in helping the team scale to its next level of performance, and you will be recognized as a visible leader within the organization.
