Overview

Freshpaint is hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive customer engagement and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the healthcare sector, where you've navigated complex regulatory environments and built lasting relationships with clients. Your experience includes working with customer data and understanding the nuances of data governance, especially in relation to HIPAA compliance. You are adept at communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that clients understand the value of the solutions you provide.

You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage your time effectively. Your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver exceptional service to your clients. You are passionate about helping healthcare organizations leverage data to improve patient experiences while maintaining compliance with privacy laws.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Freshpaint, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our Privacy Platform to safeguard patient data. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive user adoption of our products. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins, providing training sessions, and addressing any concerns that arise during the client lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that align with client needs. Additionally, you will work with the product team to relay client feedback and contribute to the development of new features that enhance our offerings. Your ability to analyze client data and metrics will be crucial in demonstrating the value of our solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
