Your experience in customer success or account management has equipped you with the skills to build lasting relationships with clients and understand their unique needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can drive customer success initiatives effectively. What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will lead all post-sales activities for customers in the Upmarket segment, guiding them through onboarding, implementation, and product expertise. You will partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business, ensuring that customers are satisfied and achieving their goals. Your role will involve identifying upsell opportunities and providing ongoing support to help customers navigate their security and compliance journeys. You will act as the voice of Vanta, advocating for customer needs and ensuring that they receive world-class service. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the health of the customer base and driving overall satisfaction.
