Vanta is hiring a Customer Advocacy Manager for Startups to own and scale advocacy programs that activate early-stage customers. You'll work closely with various teams to influence how founders engage with Vanta. This role requires a passion for building community and advocacy at scale.

You have a strong background in customer engagement and advocacy, ideally with experience in startup environments. You understand the importance of building trust and community among early-stage customers and have a knack for storytelling that resonates with founders. Your ability to cultivate authentic peer connections is key to your success in this role. You are a builder at heart, eager to create programs that empower customers to become advocates for Vanta. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer health and fuel business growth.

What you'll do

As the Customer Advocacy Manager for Startups at Vanta, you will own and scale programs that activate early-stage customers as trusted advocates. This includes leading initiatives like the Startup Advisory Board and customer storytelling efforts. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, VC Partnerships, Sales, and Success teams to shape Vanta's presence across the founder journey. Your role will involve designing and implementing strategies that turn founder trust into long-term growth and brand influence. You will be responsible for creating spaces and programs that allow customers to thrive and share their experiences with Vanta, ultimately influencing how they buy, use, and champion the platform.
