You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to establish effective advocacy initiatives. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage thoughtfully with customers, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.

You are adept at project management, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail — your organizational skills help you manage timelines and deliverables effectively. You understand the importance of customer evidence in driving business growth and are motivated to create programs that deepen engagement and foster strong advocate relationships.

What you'll do

As the Customer Advocacy Manager at Tanium, you will play a pivotal role in extending the company's market leadership by integrating customer success stories into advocacy initiatives. You will oversee the development of an annual calendar of artifacts, webinars, keynotes, and appreciation events that highlight customer experiences. Your mission is to inspire participation in programs that not only showcase customer success but also strengthen Tanium's ability to scale growth and meet revenue objectives.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering, to land and establish advocacy programs that resonate with customers. Your role will involve managing the production of customer videos, success stories, and social media merchandising, ensuring that all materials reflect the high standards of Tanium's brand. You will also be responsible for executing a robust advocacy framework that supports reference needs and enhances customer engagement.
