What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for guiding customers in the Startups segment through onboarding, implementation, and product adoption. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and help them achieve their security and compliance goals. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins, providing training sessions, and sharing best practices to ensure customers derive maximum value from Vanta's solutions. You will collaborate with Account Managers to identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to improve their experience. Additionally, you will leverage customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention rates, and the health of your book of business.
